HeliosPRO® respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process your order, deliver your Mac mini AI Edition, and provide ongoing support.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Terms of Service

By purchasing a HeliosPRO® Mac mini AI Edition, you agree to use the product in accordance with all applicable laws and the terms of service of each pre-configured AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).

HeliosPRO® is not liable for the output or decisions made using AI tools pre-installed on the device. Users are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.

The included 30-day Claude Pro 5x subscription is subject to Anthropic's terms and may be revoked if those terms are breached.

Warranty & Returns

Each Mac mini is covered by Apple's standard hardware warranty. HeliosPRO® provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the configuration and setup service.

To claim the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide a written explanation of what you did not like about the product or service. Refunds will only be processed once this feedback has been received.

The customer is responsible for covering all return delivery postage back to HeliosPRO®. Returns must be sent using a tracked delivery service; we will not accept returns sent via untracked or standard postage. Proof of tracking must be provided when the return is dispatched.

Returns of opened or configured units are subject to a restocking fee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Summary: 30-day returns with a 15% restocking fee; the customer pays for return delivery. Each unit includes a 1-year hardware warranty and 12 months of support from HeliosPRO®.

HeliosPRO® is not an authorized reseller of the Mac mini and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. The Mac mini is a product of Apple Inc., and all Apple trademarks, including the Mac mini name and related marks, remain the property of Apple Inc.

HeliosPRO® does not physically modify the Mac mini hardware. The unit you receive is a genuine, unmodified Apple Mac mini, exactly as shipped by Apple, with no alterations to its casing, components, or finishes.

HeliosPRO® does not break, crack, jailbreak, or alter the macOS operating system. No system-level modifications are made to macOS, and the device retains its factory software configuration and functionality.

What HeliosPRO® sells is its own AI software suite, pre-configured and installed as an overlay on top of a genuine, unmodified Mac mini. The Mac mini is used solely as the hardware platform on which the HeliosPRO® AI suite runs. All AI tools referenced remain subject to the terms of service of their respective owners.
